Perak Hotel has always been tops for Customer Service. The rooms, lounge are tops, the front desk always helpful for tour information and if transportation is needed, a taxi will be made available anytime. My wife and I will book with Perak again on our next visit to Singapore
We were a family of 4 and stayed in Perak Hotel but felt like we were staying with a distant family and not in a hotel. The atmosphere is extremely friendly and cozy. Everyone there makes you feel special. The staff went out of their way to assist us. Thank you Perak Hotel.
